Ultra One Hour Cleaners

This place smells and falsely advertises. I was in town for an interview and forgot to pack a dress shirt. I came here before closing and asked if they could simply clean my shirt overnight and have it ready the next day. They said no. I asked why theyre called one hour cleaners and they just shook their head and mumbled. Will be reporting to BBB too. Terrible service and even worse lying to customers.

I have used Ultra One Hour Cleaners in the past, but my most recent experience with them has led me to look for dry cleaning elsewhere. I gave them a single jacket to clean, and they somehow managed to bend and break the clasp (see picture). It's a very solid metal clasp that does not easily bend, so I'm not sure what they did to achieve that! When I told them they bent/broke it, they said it was already broken when I gave it to them! The audacity and disrespect is just astounding. In addition to the ruined clasp, the jacket had a dirty spot and smelled, making it obvious that it wasn't even cleaned properly. This was a big loss for me, as this was an expensive jacket I invested on and have worn only a handful of times, wanting to preserve it for a long time. When I asked if they would at least compensate me for the damage, they said no and didn't even cover the cost of the service itself (let alone the cost of the jacket). I cannot imagine how people with such a lack of accountability and respect for their own work can own a business. Highly urge anyone to look for dry cleaning elsewhere!

I brought a dress coat to this cleaners to just have it pressed. It didn't require dry cleaning because it was new. They charged me a whopping $25.00 just to have it pressed. I will never go here again!

Amazing place with the best prices in Kirkland and beyond; they are the friendliest, most transparent and kindest of business's among all Eastside cleaners. Their business standards and quality are premium and their prices are so fair that generations of hard-working eastside/seattle families should bring them their business for decades to come. Their competitors cannot match their prices, fairness and excellence standards. In my previous years from other cleaners; I've been tricked, ripped off, talked down to and handed poor quality services from all other surrounding competitors; I'm glad I've finally found a place I will bring my business to for years to come. We have had excellent, cheerful service each time. We have had dry cleaning done here since 2021 when our old dry cleaner closed down. They also have done alterations which we were very happy with.
