        I have been trying for over a year to get in to see a provider for my thyroid. This chronic illness is ruining my life. Two referrals have been declined with one still under review. Most of the time they dont even answer the phone. If I could give zero stars I would.

        Very poor service. I have appointment at 8:15am and I was there at 8:26am. I know that's my mistake but they did not consider me. They asked me to reshudule. Also one of provider left whom I was seeing but they didn't inform or reshudule the follow up.

        The staff and facility are great. I've only visited 2 times, but I appreciate the support and encouragement Jamie and Rachel provided. So far so good!
