Horrible customer service. Condescending agents who will not try to help you or resolve any issues you may have. I suggest just finding a good sale thru a retailer because if you have any issues with your products, you are out of luck with expert voice

Shipping costs and the fact you get defective products sent from manufacturers it's not worth the trouble or hassle to deal with expert voice or expert city

I just asked to have my account deleted. I have purchased through Experticity's "pro" deal site a few times and with the often exorbitant shipping costs, it is rarely much of a deal at all. I recently purchased a couple pairs of work pants through experticity. After the shipping and Experticity's added fee, it only saved me about ten bucks, but what the heck... ten bucks is ten bucks, right? Somehow, during the ordering process, the pants got changed to black from navy, so I can't wear them at work. Now, Propper won't process a return because they were purchased through Experticity, and Experticity claims that Propper has an "all sales are final" policy, so they refuse to do anything. I have zero use for two pairs of black tactical pants in my every day life, so I just wasted $100 to save $10. That's not good math. I won't be trying to save money with Experticity again. It's a scam.
