My daughter and her friends had a great time at Urban Table. The cooking class was really fun and the staff was very nice! Perfect location for party. Highly recommend!

It's hard always easy to find traditional Asian cooking classes at an affordable price. Not here! My friend and I registered for the Traditional Rice Dumping class for First off they send a reminder email the day before the class with very specific directions on how to find their location and tell you to make sure and wear closed toe shoes. We actually came not knowing if it would be a demo class or hands, we were pleasantly surprised. The ingredients them selves are already prepped marinated or soaked.  We trimmed ends of the bamboo leaves, most of the class is spent learning to wrap the dumpling. We wrapped three types five spice pork, sweet red bean and mini ones with a combination beans. We took these home to cook ourselves but were got to taste some made while watching a short video on the Dragon Boat FestivalClass was fun and informative we had nine people in our class which allowed Chef Winnie enough time to check in on us to see if each student needed help.  Her step by step instructions were easy to follow. You get to take home a copy of the recipe. Looking forward to taking more classes with friends.

Wow. Who knew that anyone could become a pro at making a chiffon cake after a single class? I appreciated the small class since chef Renata (who is fabulous, by the way) could individually help everyone! A lot of times during cooking class, you're forced to do a lot of pairing up in groups, but here, you're pretty much doing all the work yourself with the exception of a couple little things. I love the baking class here and really can't wait to see what the Vegetarian Chinese Cooking class has in store!
