We use the agency to find a nanny for our baby. The staff are very helpful and kindly answered all questions that we have. PLEASE READ! We made the mistake of working with a very similarly-named agency that turned out to be a total scam. Seattle Nanny Agency would just send us a couple resumes a week and the rest was up to us to call, interview, draft an agreement, etc. yet they are asking for the same placement fee as Seattle Nanny Network. THIS company, does ALL the work to interview us as a family, filter through hundreds of candidates based on your needs, coordinate the first meeting with candidates, draft an agreement and offer letter with you, provide helpful tips or resources for taxes or payment information, and much more. They are extremely responsive, kind, thorough, and really take the stress out of finding someone great for your family. I am very pleased we found the correct nanny network!
