Where do I begin? I somehow ended up on an OSI Digital Salesman's email list. I politely refused their services, but continued to received sales emails from him. With each new email I would try reaching out and explaining that we didn't require their services. I eventually changed departments and upon receiving a new email I responded to let them know that I am no longer a person they should contact. Each of my responses was ignored. I even passed this along to our head office to have OSI's domain name blacklisted. Somehow they managed to get through that. I've now tried phoning their head office and been treated to a phone message that hangs up on me because "it's sorry I'm having trouble" and it cant take any more messages as the mail box is full. This is absolutely ridiculous. The organization I'm with is a very customer service oriented company. As far as I'm concerned having sales people that do not respond and having an answering service that hangs up on you when you call are two very basic, very fatal flaws which put OSI at the top of the list of Companies I will never ever do business with, nor recommend.
