Nyanza Bridal

When I started looking for a wedding dress, I asked closed friends and family where they got their wedding dress from. The store "Nyanza Bridal" came up too many times to ignore. It had the reputation and the caliber of dresses I was looking for. The owner, Ashley Child, is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely professional. She made my experience one to never forget. I have been a bridesmaid before and experienced wedding dress shopping, but she made it feel like I was in a movie. Look no further than Nyanza bridal. It is hands down the best selection and experience in the greater Seattle/Bellevue area. 100/100. I have sent multiple friends to Ashley at Nyanza and they have had wonderful experiences.

Ive been to 8 wedding dress stores in greater Seattle area and Nyanza is for sure the best!! Ashley is super nice and helpful! Shes very knowledgeable about styles she carried and brands she worked with. She gave advice based on my venue, weather, my preference, easiness to work with the brand, customization, alteration, etc. You can tell the passion of Ashley on wedding dresses! Ashley has a great taste, too! Galia Lahav, Elie Saab, Vera Wang, Ines di Santo, too many big names that a bride to be cannot miss! Its not a huge store but Ashley has both trendy and classic choices. (She can also order dresses you want to try. Just ask!) My story is a bit unusual as I bought a dress in 2019 and received it in 2020 during covid. My wedding was pushed a few times from 2020 to 2023 but Ashley kept my dress in her storage for 3 years. Having a $10k wedding dress in house is a sweet burden so you know how nice Ashley was! Anyways, Ive recommended Nyanza to all friends and Ill recommend it to everyone!!

I had to write a review because I had the best experience working with Ashley and Julia during my bridal journey and highly recommend them to anyone looking for their wedding dress! From the day I walked into Nyanza, I knew that it was the place that I would find my dress because Ashley is a true professional and so talented. She listens, makes thoughtful suggestions, and helped me make my vision/dream come true! It is such a big decision and I choose Nyanza because I trusted Ashley and never felt forced to make a decision. I brought her a picture of a dress from Anne Barge and she ordered it in immediately and it ended up being the one. She coached me through out the process and I felt like I was talking to a good friend when i was going through all the emotions of being a bride. She and Julia were so amazing and also helped me transform my mom's old wedding dress into a mini for my 2nd dress. I was so happy to be able to surprise my mom and will remember that moment forever! She loved it!! Ashley and Julia even wrote my a note on the day of my wedding that I will cherish forever. Thank you Ashely and Julie for everything!!

My experience at Nyanza Bridal was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I entered, I felt an incredible level of comfort. Ashley, the owner, is exceptionally caring and attentive, ensuring a personalized and stress-free bridal shopping experience. I am mid-sized, and had a bad experience when I tried on dresses in LA. Ashley had me in every dress I wanted to try & then some, she made me feel beautiful. She also was SO HELPFUL during the alterations process. The boutique's ambiance is elegant, and Ashley's expertise in bridal fashion is evident. Nyanza Bridal surpassed my expectations, and I left with not just a beautiful gown but also gratitude for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

I am not a Bride, I'm an MOB. I cannot say enough about Nyanza Bridal and Ash! Not only is the boutique gorgeous but Ash was wonderful. She is so relaxed and obviously knows what she is doing. She gave my daughter one beautiful dress after another all flattering! I have suggested Nyanza to others and I will continue to do so. If you cannot be pleased with this Bridal shop, you cannot be pleased.
