I hate to leave a bad review on people's business. I give 1 star for the tec at the front desk Tuesday who help me made the appointment as a first time customer. My birthday is this weekend so I wanted to do something special for my birthday, had an appointment Wednesday 4pm I got there 4:11 first the tec said am late for my appointment so if I still want the service there's an additional 50% charge for being late. I apologize for being late and explain to her that I didn't know about a late policy as it's not the website or was I told by the tec who helped me setup the account,she went to talk to someone around the back when she returns she said she'll do the appointment as my card was charged the full amount already. I was told that it was an hour service she took a hour and 40 min when she done my eye don't look no different from before only burning me I ask her to add more lashes as I don't see anything she said I should make another appointment for the next 2 weeks to make them fuller. Now am in a rush to find somewhere to do my leashes for tomorrow Never again. Service: Eyelash extensions
