Having the ability to have my car picked up and dropped off for service is just amazing. Then you actually have a friendly staff that cares about their customers. Got the work done they could then scheduled a second day for parts on some recall work. Thank you Ford of Kirkland!

Overall my experiences with ford of Kirkland has been positive. I regularly have my truck serviced there, and have had zero issues. The only complaint I have is that it can take over six weeks to get an appointment sometimes, and thats even for emergency services (starter went out). Customer service is great however.

Called more than a week ago to set up a service appointment. told them my issue. Show up today and am told I need to leave my vehicle 7-10 days before they can get to it. Would have been nice if told that ahead of time. Poor customer service.

I dropped my vehicle off for diagnostic / repair, they didn't call me the entire day to inform me what was going on / or the repair. At end of day I called and they indicated a part was ordered and would be installed the next day. I take a $200 Uber to work, just to be told that they didn't order the part and it would be done the next day. After explaining my circumstances of having to Uber into work I was told to bring my car in on a Saturday for the service. I drop my vehicle off on Saturday and repeat - at end of day I call and get told they don't do service appointments on Saturday and to bring my car in the next week. I then call to schedule an appointment for the service and am told the soonest available is weeks out. My engine light has been on for 2 weeks and I've paid for the part needed to repair, which is (hopefully) sitting at the dealership. My car isn't scheduled to go in until March. The scheduling line is always very polite, but my 3 calls to the service manager have gone unanswered. I bought my vehicle and service plan through this dealership but will not by continuing my service or future purchases here. No communication, follow up, or respect for people's time or money.
