        Came today for express oil change $20 appointment , the guy counted the time while we try to set up the lift because its our first time using it, never informed us about the time left. We were charged $50 for less than 45, almost 10 minutes of the time was while we try to learn on the lift after poor instructions. I come here regularly and I referred more than 6 of my friends and my brother to come and change oil here, today I came with a my friend whos never been here before and it was very bad experience with the lift and the customer service. Came for $20 oil changed ended up paying more than double. To be fair, usually they have nice crew, very friendly and helpful. Today was bad and idk if Ill come again. Tee
