Posting from a anonymous account for obvious reasons, but front office is pretty nice aside from promising to work on things they actually never follow up on. Maintenance staff is good (mainly because of Levi), the other guy who lives inside Building 6 with the beat up/dented door Audi A6 doesn't seem to actually know what he is doing when "fixing" things yet acts arrogant/uppity. Neighbor quality has gone down hill to be honest. And cars are starting to be broken into. Definitely not renewing my lease when the time comes.

We have loved living here for the past 4 years and counting. The maintanence staff, Levi, has been awesome and truly made our stay better. Always super prompt, great communication, and cheerful. I've never seen him have a bad day. His role in this community has made us feel seen and taken care of.

Worse experience ever! Heating does not work, terrible smell from the batteries, trash around the bins, stolen bike holders from parking space. Poor management, crime area

We lived there for some time during Covid era. 1. Community is dirty and not safe 2. Apartments are old 3. Upon moving out we were charged cleaning fee and some fee to paint things. Considering we left apartment in a clean state and paint was just a wear-and-tear - this was strange

Hubbards is a great place to live, especially for your starter home! Beautiful property, great staff and pet friendly. Also close to the beach is always a plus!
