Timber Ridge Apartments

spacious appartment. everytime their is an issue management has been very responsive. this is my second apartment with this management company. the maintenance guy is great too. he is always around and has been very helpful and does a great job fixing things fast!

Great experience living at Timber ridge. The apartments are not new but very comfortable. The location is good with a shopping complex, gas station, bus stops and Costco nearby. Jenny, the manager was very supportive throughout our stay. All maintenance requests were promptly taken care of by Suleiman. Enough parking spaces for all residents and guests.

The best management Ive seen in apartments yet. Jenny, the property manager is very quick to respond and helpful. Suleman, the maintenance lead, is also very quick to getting to issues. I emailed about an issue and he took care of it the next day! But also not the newest property and there are no amenities.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for my recent stay at Timber Ridge Apartments. Though the apartment is not be modern, it certainly was comfortable and accommodating. Particularly, the location of Timber Ridge Apartment is fantastic. The Metropolitan market, Google campus, and Washington lake were all within walking distance, which made my stay extremely convenient. Additionally, the friendly and welcoming neighbors added to the overall positive experience. I also want to commend the management team for their exceptional service. The manager, Jenny, was always kind and responsive. Whenever I submitted a request, the technician, a gentleman, always arrived promptly to fix the issue. Thank you again for making my stay at Timber Ridge Apartments a memorable one.
