Went here when I had a medical emergency. Took awhile to see a doctor but thats normal for urgent care. My problem is that for two days now I have been getting calls from this Urgent care to talk about the x-rays I got from them on Thursday. I have called the number back and each time it says theyre closed. Why call me then if I cant call you back?!?! Reached the after hours service line and was told they cant tell me anything and they can only leave a note. Very annoyed since I need those X-ray results for my primary doctor to figure out whats going on with me. Honestly. Dont call me on the weekend three times if I cant talk to you back. The voicemails I have ARE a person. Not a robot. So it just weird why I cant reach anyone now, 10 mins after you call me.

I came in because I had a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics that I was prescribed here for a tooth infection that had turned into sepsis. I went in a few hrs ago in the middle of an allergic reaction caused by your meds having trouble breathing, hives all over my chest neck and arms skin burning and itching and nausea, severe migraine, fever and swollen neck glands to try and get treated and get antibiotics that I'm not allergic to and an epi pen injection or something for my allergic reaction and I was turned away by your admitting person at the front desk who told me I either need to wait to see my promary care doctor or go to the er. Unfortunately I will be making a complaint with WA state health care authority about this because this was insane. I still cannot believe this even happend especially since I was told by the er to come to urgent care.
