        Update: Changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Either they listened to my feedback or the devil has been banished from this side of the city. The dock is cleaner and more organized than Ive ever seen it, and my freight is in good condition. Should I expect more of this in the future? Thanks

        DO NOT USE THIS FREIGHT SERVICE!!! They promise a pickup and do not follow through. After a few days and my customer/consignee wondering where their product is, I find out that our material was never picked up and they just cancelled the pickup entirely. My customer is furious. I have no problem throwing Saia under the bus for their awful customer service.
