      Thank you for your review and comment. We are sorry you did not have a pleasant visit. As we explained to you as soon as you arrived to our office. In order to give our clients an exceptional service, we do not give estimates, we prepare the taxes for them. We explain the return line by line and let our clients decide if they want to file or not. This process has fee that the client does not loose, when they decide to come back to the office and file the return to the IRS the fee is applied.
