Having been to multiple Cantonese dining places around the greater Seattle area. From China town to Auburn, the Cantonese food here in kent is very good.
Although its a little out of the way for me, I've been back to this restaurant multiple times because the food quality, flavors, and the service is consistent - great!
Prices are very reasonable and portions are large. Plus they often include some additional complimentary sides or deserts. This restaurant really takes care of their customers by treating them well.

One of the worst Cantonese dishes in the United States. The seafood is fishy, the sea bass doesn't have scales, and I don't know where fish is cooked without scales. Really outrageous.
I reported to the boss that the fish was not scaled, but the boss actually told me that it was not their problem, but the chef's problem. They have said this several times to no avail. Co-author You and the chef are not from the same family, right? Do customers need to report this to the chef themselves?
