The sweet, amazing woman who owns this gem along with her daughter are amazing people inside and out. The employees are knowledgeable and very polite. They have SO many rock and gem specimens, jewelry, crystals ect. They can accommodate the smallest to the biggest budget, if you do see what you are looking for? Just ask anyone who works there. If they don't have what you seek they will know how to get it. I love to see a mom N' daughter place doing what they love and believe in. The place is well lit, very well organized, clean and does not cram things everywhere. This is a good sized shop with the best people working here. Rock, gem, crystals, meta physical and jewelry enthusiasts check this place out, you will not be disappointed!

This place is a hidden little gem with so much to choose from! Even though it was my very first time going here, I was treated like family and the employees were so helpful. I've been searching for an opal ring(on Etsy) and came across so many lab/man made, fake ones claiming to be real/authentic but they are actually being purchased from Alibaba and Temu and then turned around and sold on Etsy for SEVERAL times more than what they are sold for on those other sites. I'm beyond thankful I found Jerry's Rock and Gem! I felt fully confident in knowing my raw opal ring is 100% authentic! I feel awful I didn't catch the name of the male employee that helped me but he went above and beyond and was so patient and amazing! I have zero clue about any of this stuff and he took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions without making me feel stupid or rushed to pick something out. Thank you for the outstanding customer service! I look forward to coming back!! There's sooooo much to look at and choose from!!
