My wife and I had the privilege of working with Brian Magee for the sale of our home, and the purchase of a new home in early 2021. The one-line takeaway from our experience is that, Brian understands the real estate market and gets results!
From our first phone call to discuss selling our current home Brian was confident, reassuring, and thorough in his explanations of the current real estate market. He was honest about the results he would deliver and invited us to take the journey of finding a new home with him. My wife and I took the leap of faith and began working with Brian to find our new home.
Its no secret that the housing market in the Puget Sound area is highly competitive. At the time we were buying wed seen friends and relatives putting in offers and missing out on properties all over the region. Seemingly daily on the news we heard that people were stuck in extended-stay housing, or living with relatives because they had sold a home but couldnt get an offer accepted on a new home. Needless to safe my wife and I were terrified that we might be in the same position.
I cant thank Brian enough for his ability to listen to our concerns and understand the emotional aspects of this journey. He took more than a few phone calls from us with concerns throughout the journey. During each call he would reassure us of the result he would deliver and go further by explaining the strategies he was going use to achieve those results. He always mitigated our concerns by explaining market conditions, providing strategies wed utilize, and educating us on why those strategies work.
Selling our home with Brian was seamless. He laid out a detailed timeline and had us positioned nicely to make the sale quick and easy. The listing went up and in short order Brian presented a stellar offer which we happily accepted.
Brian was always available and made time for us at the drop of a hat as we began shopping for our next home. Throughout the process it was great to have a professional that understood what we wanted, where we wanted it, and the price we wanted it for.
We looked at several properties that felt like we were compromising on things we wanted. My wife and I felt pressure to put in offers even though the house wasnt exactly what we envisioned. However, Brian assured us that we should wait until the right property comes along. Admittedly it was tough to take that leap of faith and trust in Brian expertise but I am sure glad we did!
One week after accepting an offer on our house Brian was able to find us a house that had everything we needed and most of what we wanted. We couldnt be happier in our new home and are so grateful for the work Brian did to get us here!
We could continue to sing Brians praises but words dont do justice for how happy we are with the results he delivered! Brian is the real estate professional you NEED to work with. We will always recommend Brian to others. Not only because of his knowledge and expertise but also for how he made us feel throughout the process. People like Brian dont come along too often but when they do you should take the opportunity to work with them. We are glad we did, and you will be too.
