        Review update: 5 stars. Rescom is making a system wide effort to improve their communications and customer service. The owner contacted us directly and asked for us to give him/them another chance. We did. Their quality product remains. Their communication and service is much improved. We will reach out to them next time we need railings. 2 starsResCom does quality work but their communication and service is horrible. Their sales person was great, but then the project is handed off to the guys that install and fabricate and they were extremely difficult - not responding to emails and calls. We will not be working with them on future projects.

        Excellent experience - estimator was clearly qualified to assess the situation as the job wasn't entirely straightforward. Communication was maintained throughout waiting period through use of convenient web site. (The only criticism relates to timing - after receiving the estimate, the wait time for installation was a number of months, which would not be appropriate for jobs needing completion right away.) Installer (Cristian) did a superb job - efficient, professional, and final product is excellent in appearance and function.

        Steve was very professional and has excellent customer service. I had glass rails installed at my home and he made sure every step and part of install went smooth and communicated very well. Highly recommend Steve and Rescom railing for any outdoor or indoor rail replacement jobs.

      Lauren and Brian, I spoke with our team about your project and glad to have spoken with you both personally also. While we understand our communication could have been better, it sounds like you are very satisfied with the installation of our product. You also mentioned that you want our team to do additional work on your home so we are sending someone out to get you a new bid. The custom railing that you had us do both inside your home and outside is very tough to achieve within a very tight timeline. Your custom railings have to be fabricated, dry fit, and powder-coated, which all takes time while having to coordinate with the person that manages over this division during his field training and installation schedule. We have rectified the communication issue on our end and hope that you experience this improvement during the next portion of your job. Our new process includes “temperature checks” every two weeks to make sure that management can personally identify that our customers are being taken care of and happy. Thank you for your feedback.
