Ridiculously priced and they hold digital copies hostage in expensive packages that force you to order way more prints than you would ever need. Get with the times and offer a digital only package like most other companies I have encountered in the last decade. If you see your daycare is using this company, beg them to use anyone else. There are way better options locally.

I think their open swim is decently priced and it's enjoyable and fun. I miss them having the intertubes and anything worth playing with. For the swimming lessons I think it's not worth the money, They change their swimming teachers each level. The kids do not stick with the teachers. So the next teacher doesn't know what they've been working on. After one level or even the one session, teachers may change, so the needs of the child or depending on the child's ability has to start all over. My kid loves swimming until he got this teacher. She's a level 2 teacher. And now he doesn't want to go back to swimming. Because his trust in her is very little. Going from wellevel one to build confidence in water to level 2 That they put you in deeper water and pretty much. Tell you how to swim.... They don't care about your opinions on what's teacher. Their swim classes are not designed to teach the children. They're designed to make their money and send them home. They could do a lot of improving on swimming lesson classes as well as their teachers. Maybe having their teachers stick to the level, so kids can learn and adapt. If there was another option for swimming lessons we would not be coming here

Ordered 2 photos and only received 1. There is no way to email this company's customer service for an inquiry and the chatbot told me over and over my order number could not be found. They could make lots of money off of individuals this way. The company makes it extremely hard to contact them. Buyer beware for sure.
