        I tried going with pinnacle a couple months ago, I called out five times with no warning that on the fifth call out that you will be charged a fee & they wouldnt be able to sch you that you will have to call on a day that is convenient for you to see if there is an opening, I filed two complaints about not properly communicating to their clients, I wasnt able to actually get service from them due to me calling out but I wasnt warned about about the limited call outs, I am not pleased with them at all, I found another place I am going to which I really like
