Never had any issues here. Everybody is super nice and I get my yearly diabetic eye exam checked off the list.

In and out with no explanation of prescription. Horrible selection of glasses options. Not recommending to anyone I know

Came at 12:55pm and was denied entry to pick up my glasses. She said they were closed until lunch at 2. When I went and got my phone and showed her it was not 1pm she rolled her eyes and walked away (Still only 12:58pm). She put a closed sign up and locked the doors. I will now have to come back another time. I also had my child and service dog in the car. Requesting to speak to the owner.

Please avoid coming to this clinic at all cost. I would rather be blind than come here again. Reception and doctor is the worst. I came for an annual check up but my English is broken, nobody even put an effort to help translate or get an interpreter. Im not expert on businesses but whoever is running this place not either. Rude and very unprofessional workers. Again, avoid coming to this place. Might as well not get checked up at all.

Ive been a customer for the past 30 years and am appalled at the amount of negative reviews Ive read below so I have to comment on the blatant ignorance on some of them. If you are looking for a proper office with quadrillion name-brand options, speedy service, and great customer service then this is not the place for you. However, if you are someone who is in need of basic eyewear and are paying out of your own pocket (like me) then this IS the place for you because they offer rock-bottom prices you wont get anywhere else. My age-progression lenses cost $180 here but other places want to charge me $600. Sue is the only reception and although shes never given me any issues, I have seen her give an attitude back to customers who werent so kind to her. This is one of the very few optical clinics that accept free state insurance and many of them think they deserve 5-star care even though they are not paying for it, or are foreigners from a third world country who do not know our customs and are very rude themselves. Businesses do not have interpreters because you are living in an English-speaking country so it is your job to learn how to communicate with us. If we dont understand you, it is you who needs to do better. You cannot get angry with us because we don't understand you when YOU came to an English-speaking country. If I were to move to Spain, I would be expected to speak Spanishits no different. This eye clinic provides basic care at the cheapest prices you get what you pay for so dont expect to be treated like a priority client - its first come, first served, or see an aesthetically pleasing office because its a basic waiting room with 1 display rack of cheap frames. Just be kind and they will be kind in return.
