        Lindsay is fantastic. They are great at hearing your goals as well as helping guide you and teach you things you might not have known otherwise. I no longer feel lost. I have a great tool kit for any situation. Creating peace with food has really changed my life.

        Meghan did not meet me where I was at. She was by the book and had HER path set HER way which did not wrap in some of my own goals. She is ridged and I did not like working with her and did not feel at ease sharing my opinions. I do not recommend working with Meghan, however, Creating Peace With Food is a great program and I suggest a different nutritionist within that program.
