Andrew & JLS Team,
Thank you so much for being such solid team players the entire time during this tumultuous process. Its impressive what a well-oiled group can accomplish in a challenging environment and with a tight timeline to get from point A to B.
You guys at JLS, along with Team Mallory, have really shined helping our family to the finish line on getting into this house within the timeframe that we needed in order to keep our family functioning through some very challenging and transitional personal times, especially for our kids right now. Its huge to our two youngest kiddos and my oldest daughter just moved this month herself into her own apartment, so we have plenty of boxes for moving this weekend!
We want you all to know how much we appreciate everyones hard work and dedication to our family. It means a lot to us and going forward were excited to continue to come back as our familys futures progress and evolve beyond just our primary home. Id love to talk more in the future once were established and have some opportunities come our way, to continue to invest in other real estate ventures with you all. Our kids are all growing up fast and will eventually be moving out on their own. Our parents are also needing some help downsizing as they graduate into retirement and we are still aiming for buying our retirement home in the Tampa, FL area in the next 5-6 years. So, knowing what you guys are capable of will keep us coming back to for years to come and sharing with our extended family what your teams are capable of.
Andrew you are an amazing agent and I hope JLS recognizes that and treats you accordingly! Well be sending you a thank-you package to your office.

From start to the finish line. Andrew was with us all the way. He can relate to our needs. He toured us to different houses when we requested it. Until one that caught our eyes. He aggressively pursued the house and explained the purchase process to us in greater detail as we are first time home buyers. Offer accepted after the 2nd attempt AND 21 days later, BINGO! We got it! He is patient and a real professional. He's just amazing and did a very very wonderful, fantastic job. Hats off to Andrew Timm!
