Joe and the whole Perkins team recently helped me sell my house. This was the first house I've ever sold and with their help it was as easy and smooth as I could have hoped for. From the time he first came over to see the house to the closing of the sale Joe was great. He gave great advice, was prompt to reply to any questions I had, and patient with me when it took longer than expected to prep my house for the sale. When it comes time to buy another house, Joe will be the first call I make.

Team Perkins provides excellent service. Joe's professional knowledge and service was invaluable for selling my house. Joe Perkins is a great real estate agent who is friendly and personable while still being able to maintain calm in the chaos. We randomly hooked up with Joe from a Zillow review when we were looking for an agent and we were immediately sold on his low-key vibe and his deep knowledge of the real estate industry. Joe helped us through a complex home purchase where we were both abroad at the time of closing. Joe was on scene, seeing it all through to completion and representing us at the meetings we couldnt attend. Joe is the best! Were happy with our home, and since the purchase a year ago Joe has become a friend. He does great family-oriented quarterly events that he and his team put a lot of effort into. Theyre really a lot of fun to attend. Overall, wed recommend Joe 100%. He and his team are top-notch competent, highly professional, good people.
