        All I can say believe all the negative reviews! I had a terrible experience at this clinic. The lack of clear communication is crazy. The lady with curly hair is very racist and dishonest. I had to file a police report against them because they were not willing me see the doctor because their system had an error and some of the paperworks was incomplete and when I asked for deleting my data she denied it! Very messed up place! Stay away!

        Always appreciated a visit with the doctor who took time to explain everything, knew my medical history, and guided me through steps to maintain my health. Everyone at the the One Stop clinic was courteous, helpful. I felt well cared for and in great hands. Thank you Dr Shah and your wonderful staff.

      Hello, Our clinics are staffed with people from all different racial and ethnic backgrounds, and we do not tolerate racism or dishonesty in our clinics! Please inform any racism that took place. We do reserve the right to not see potential or existing patients in the event of late arrival, incomplete consent forms prior to appointment start time, and in the event of patient appropriate behavior (including verbally or physically assaulting staff). Additionally, as with any other U.S. based healthcare facility, data that is received by any patient and entered into the medical charting system, the document becomes the property of the facility and is kept on file, and upon request may be released as a copy to the patient, but we cannot “delete data” that has been entered. I have read your note that you have filed a police report, if this is the case, please feel free to reach out to our office directly to speak with clinic management, we are happy to assist with any potential investigations.
