        I am on day two of this fiasco. Day one, I was on hold waiting for customer service for well over an hour. No response So I gave up. Day two ( April 3,2024) Same thing. They just lost a customer. All I needed was Wiring hardware for my car camera. Do these people care about customer service? Apparently not !!!!! I'm being generous by giving them a "1" Follow up : I drove out to their business and talked with one of the owners. The phone connection was internal, which they were not aware of. They resolve the problem right away. I explained to them what it happened in my displeasure of having to drive out there to talk to somebody. They were absolutely apologetic and sincere and were sorry that my situation came to this. This goes to show that some companies will go the extra mile to correct an error and not sweep you under the carpet. I was able to obtain the wiring that I needed was very satisfied. Instead of giving them a 1 on the previous score. I will change that now to a.5 further quick response and positive attitude. So ignore the.1 rating it is invalid and I would definitely do business with them again they deserve5 customer service. All of this started over a bad phone connection in their business.

        Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVERY EXPERIENCED!!! HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR TO POST. WOULD HAVE GIVEN A NEGATIVE NUMBER.

        their compustar remote fobs dont work and they are not an authorized dealer, therefore warranty from compustar will not be honored

        Terrible terrible terrible! I have been kicked out of my DroneMobile App for almost a week now. I am unable to efficiently manage my fleet and I'm losing money over the inconvenience. Called customer service (super long wait, had to eventually use callback option after an hour of no pickup). Once rep called me back, said that a security update had occurred and that didn't know timing of resolution. No help!
