I would highly recommend Ivan & Rivas Tech for any of your home IT needs! I am a bit of a tech geek myself and had spoken to another service before finding and settling on Ivan and his team. The first group I spoke to really didn't understand the scope of work I wanted and didn't understand the quality of the IT components that I wanted to be used! So I was impressed by Ivan's knowledge, speed of reply, and the speed and quality of his work! Ivan was ultra responsive and open to my constant questions and requests for follow-up. We spent 18 months with another "integrator" on a Smart Home integration project that was botched.
We contacted Ivan at Rivas Technology Group who assessed our equipment, the system, and then designed the system that we hoped for. The design proposal was extremely professional, made use of a part of our prior system, and provided the detail we needed to make an informed decision.
Ivan and his team quickly delivered an incredible, stable, state of the art network backbone and security system. We are so pleased and relieved and are looking forward to the next phase in implementing our project and working with our team.

Had Rivas come out and install a PoE camera system, mounting cameras at 4 locations around the outside of my home and routing network cable to a new point. They were fast, professional, and did an overall great job. There was one issue with a faulty connection on one camera, but they were able to come back out 'extremely' quickly to diagnose/remedy the issue.
Their sales team was very communicative, and their estimates are very clear and lay everything out point by point in a very easy-to-digest way.
Overall super impressed, and will definitely be calling Rivas again for future networking needs! Service: Installation
