        I don't feel valued as a Allstate customer with this agency. Nothing wrong with Allstate themselves but this Agency makes me feel as If I am a plague or something. Set an appointment, no call back. Go in person, they left for lunch and never returned to the office after I wanted over an hour for them to return. One of the IT took my information down said Michelle would call me back. Never received a call back. If Allstate allowed me to change agents I would, but they don't allow that so I will have to leave the company and come back under a different agency smh.
