We got our room key around 2 pm, did our event and came back around midnight. When we tried to get back into our room, our keys did not work for some reason. When we went to the front desk to get it fixed, the night worker said an audit was being done and we had to wait 15-20 min. For whatever reason, that person decided to go home and leave 3 ppl stranded out of their room, with no additional support to reach out to. Mobile keys are not an option at this location. So here we are, some sleeping in cars and others in the lobby until 6 am when the next shift starts.

I had an amazing experience at TownePlace Suites! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Even though they couldn't accommodate my request for a blender initially, they surprised me by promptly purchasing one. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I will definitely be returning to TownePlace Suites in the future!
