Soooooooo me & my boyfriend get to the hotel literally not even a second out of the car there is a crackpipe on the ground, we walk to the office the worker is smoking za outside WITH AN INFANT CHILD PRESENT, takes us in the office gives us our key we go into the room, the room smells gross, burn holes in our blanket stained sheets, we then leave to get food we get back about to take the elevator, the elevator reeks of METH LITERAL METH. Security cameras are spray painted black, people who are there r sketchy had someone knock on our door looking for something at 10pm, not to mention the door doesnt even shut properly we had to use a chair to keep it shut all the way. Do not take your family here EVER

I've been here since the 25th of March. I'm in an ADA room. My room hasn't been cleaned nor have any maintenance requests been completed. The bench in my shower came out from the wall. I reported it on Monday and five days later it still hasn't been repaired. Also: one of the burners in my room is broken and the other one heats up very slowly to the point where it's hard to predict when anything is warm enough to cook. Rooms: The rooms are decent.
