        Excellent, clean place. The tools needed are always available.

        They have a terrible customer service and attention, they don't have control of their inventories, and they never have the items they advertise on the website. They don't keep electronic track of their sales, and many times they don't have their sales receipts in their systems. It seems like they're evading taxes or someone isn't reporting their sales to the company. It's very difficult to return a product, and besides, they charge you 20% of the invoice for each product you want to return to the store. Very bad service.
