Experienced Roof & Gutter Cleaning

My HOA hired Experienced Roof & Gutter Cleaning LLC to clean all windows in a 40+ unit condo complex as well as chemical softwash the balconies and patios on units with those specific features. The experience working with them gave me a bit of whiplash as there were many great qualities and several that were extremely frustrating. Those highs and lows are as follows: HIGHS: --Strong communication from the get-go, very prompt and seemed interested in the big job --David & Mateo listened to my concerns and answered questions, knowledgeable about which services best fit our property's needs --Technicians were kind and flexible when working on the property --Owned up to errors and willing to make things right LOWS: --Many instances miscommunication between the office and the technicians on-site which caused residents frustration --Several aspects of the property were skipped or not addressed satisfactorily until brought to their attention (skipped windows, water spots left behind, etc) --Lack of communication day-of, arrived at different times every day without communication (this is difficult when managing many residents) Overall, I would trust this company to do smaller jobs, addressing a single residence, but their communication deficits make it difficult to manage when working on a large property. We paid them a LOT for the work they did on our property and I felt that it took a huge amount of effort on my part to manage the work being done due to communication fallout once the job was started.

We had a great experience with everyone from Experienced Roof & Gutter Cleaning. Mateo was quick to respond to our request for an estimate and was able to schedule the same day. Zach and Brian did an amazing job clearing the moss and algae from our roof, gutters and siding. The house looks nearly brand new! The trim and gutters are actually white again!
