        I recently visited Apna Frooticana with high hopes of finding quality products, but my experience left me extremely dissatisfied. I purchased a pan from this store and used it only once, expecting it to meet basic durability standards. However, to my dismay, the pan showed signs of wear and tear after just one use. When I approached the store to request an exchange or refund, the staff displayed a lack of empathy and customer service skills. They were unwilling to accommodate my reasonable request, citing vague store policies that seemed to conveniently shift to their advantage. Not only was the product subpar in quality, but the customer service I encountered was also below par. As a consumer, I value transparency, quality products, and fair treatment, all of which were lacking at Apna Frooticana. I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering purchases from this establishment, as their after-sales service and product quality do not live up to reasonable expectations.

      We appreciate all feedback, but it's crucial to set the record straight when a review does not fully reflect the circumstances. Our return policy is crafted with fairness in mind, clearly stating products must be returned in a condition that doesn't betray a week's worth of cooking marathons or an encounter with a grease fire. The pan you returned was returned with significant damage, indicating misuse far beyond normal wear and tear, and well after our stipulated return period. So there is no bending of rules to our advantage at all. Simple rules exist for a reason to ensure fairness to all parties involved.Furthermore, we take the safety and well-being of our staff seriously. The behavior described in the review does not accurately portray the events that transpired. Our employee was subjected to unacceptable conduct by you which contradicted our store's values of respect and understanding.We're committed to quality and customer satisfaction, but we also stand firm on our policies, which are in place to ensure fairness to all our customers.
