- Easy to deal with
- Didn't try to upsell me
- Reasonable cost
- Responsive, with pretty good turnaround time
My only criticism is they left the labor cost out of my initial estimate and only mentioned it after I'd paid the deposit. But I don't think it was intentional. I will definitely use them in the future.

Just wanted to leave a (admittedly glowing) review for The Doorman Service.
Needing new garage doors, I talked to Shawn, and he suggested installing a new garage door with an R value of 18.4.
You see, my office is right above the garage, and working from home, temperature consistency is key for me. Before, it was literally below freezing, like an icebox down there in winter, affecting the warmth of my office too.
During the last cold snap, where it reached 10 degrees (F) my garage stayed a comfortable 60+ degrees, making my office above a lot more consistent temperature wise!
Although I was a bit skeptical at first, Shawns advice turned out to be incredibly solid and now I can set up my soldering workstation in my garage again for weekend projects.
Im not usually one to leave reviews, but Shawns work was a game-changer, especially for my work-from-home setup. If youre thinking of doing something similar, especially if you have a space above your garage, definitely reach out to them.
I can work in my garage again! A+ Thank you!

Called first thing in the morning after my torsion spring broke the night before. Cody showed up at 9 AM and was done twenty minutes later. He was extremely friendly and professional as well as being happy to answer my questions about the process.
