I've been working with MFI for a couple of years now and they have been nothing but professional. Our rep, Leo, is amazing. He is prompt, communicative, and answers any and all of my questions. He truly goes above and beyond, and holds his team to a high standard. Their prices are fair and I have no qualms recommending them for any project based on my experiences with them.

William terrance is my rep and he has been an amazing rep when i ever i need anything he is always available and even stops by the property for measurements any time we need! he is very flexible and has great customer service. if you need quality work dome and good carpet contact MFI and ask for William!

Every company has problems, so I judge based on how they handle the unexpected. MFI was incredible. I'm not sure what these other bad reviews are about but I've been in this industry for over a decade and I must say MFI is the king.
