Best door company around, John is extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to help/assist you in anything you need. They can help with door repair or supply you with the parts you need if you want to install them yourself. John has answered calls for me on the weekends, after hours and even taken calls during meetings to help assist me. These guys are the best around call them with any needs and they will get it done. They also have an amazing team of installers that go above and beyond to ensure the job is done correctly and efficiently.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would in a heart beat.
I contacted them over a week ago, and not a soul has called, introduced themselves, answered my voicemails, my emails, NOTHING. It is embarrassing that they would call themselves a business. It is extremely unprofessional. Now, I have lost a great opportunity to redo a popular hotel pool because of the lack of care from this pathetic establishment.

Of the multiple companies I reached out to to get an estimate for a job we needed done to make our building more secure, All Purpose Door Repair was the only company to actually provide a bid and also make a suggestion on the best security option for our office. Lisa Glasser, one of the owners, was the one to suggest the product that we ended up choosing to install. The communication from the estimator, owner, scheduler and biller was fantastic. The installation went incredibly smooth as well.
Highly recommend this company!

Great Craftsmanship!
Make sure what you request is in the quote, even if you do not understand the terminology they use since you most likely do not repair doors for a living and that is why you are employing them to work on it in the first place. Not sure how many times you have to ask them to quote something before they quote a job correctly, but after the initial phone request to get the bid and the onsite inspection to confirm the bid, a part was still left off the quote. The service techs ended up replacing the unquoted part anyway, which I assumed they got clearance to do and thought, what on outstanding company to take ownership of the situation. That was until I received a call form Lisa Glasser demanding payment for said part and found them to be as greedy as any other business and of course the fault was not theirs. After refusing Lisa's demands, I was met with great hostility, threats of legal action and told to never contact them again even for warranty. That is fine with me, except by law they would be required to do so.
