Covington Clinic South - Primary Care - Valley Medical Center

Booked an appointment with a Dr 3 months out. 1.5 months out they call to reschedule as the Dr is not available. Asking to push out the appointment another 3 months. The receptionist who called to reschedule was very condescending.

Both of our kids go to Dr. Sean Verlander. He along with his care team are truly the best! Very communicative in explaining things in a way our kids can understand and always has the best humor which tends to subside their anxiety. Always a great experience.

Love this place. Always good quality care. Not too busy, place is clean, and staff is great. I used to go to urgent care in Renton but it's a complete waste of time and energy. I drive out of my way to come here because it's worth it

Was less than 10 minutes late for appt because of terrible traffic. Front desk told me I needed to reschedule my daughters pediatrician appt. When I asked her why I would need to reschedule when I was less than 10 minutes late, the older lady at the front desk started yelling at me. Every time I check in 15 minutes early Im left waiting for 30 minutes in the lobby (15 minutes past appt time), but when Im a few minutes late its unacceptable. Totally unprofessional to yell at a patients mother when I was just trying to explain that there was awful traffic. If it wasnt for our pediatrician being amazing, I wouldnt return.
