I would like to share publicly how wonderful Dr. George and his staff treat people. I have been seeing Dr. George for years. I am a person that believes quality care is not just in the physical care given but also in the treatment from the entire office staff from moment one. Dr. George has superior knowledge and skill for sure but also his bedside manner is top of the charts. Imagine for a moment a Dentist that was overly apologetic to because he felt bad that he was unable to save my tooth, imagine that? My tooth problems are not his fault or his doing, he has no control over what needs to be done to my teeth. The condition of my teeth is 100% my responsibility yet yesterday Dr. George was so compassionate and sympathetic for the fact that we were going to need to pull a tooth because it was unsalvageable. I truly find that amazing, he felt so bad for something I have done. Remarkable kindness in my book. Josie who is in charge of the financials for the office has given me such amazing treatment and flexibility in working out the money part of my care. I don't have dental insurance so the bills can add up quickly but she is just wonderful to deal with in what can often be an uncomfortable topic for sure. Lisa is my hygienist that cleans my teeth. Let me just say that she is simply WONDERFUL. Side note, if you want a good laugh, go see Lisa, she will make you laugh. Let's face it, we can all use a good belly laugh correct? I feel so comfortable when she is working on my teeth. Her skills, knowledge, personality, and overall bedside manner is more than 5 stars. Dawn, the assistant I met yesterday was so charming and caring and helpful, I truly appreciated her efforts. Brooke, Kelly, upfront at the check in phone area are glowing with personality which in todays world of customer service is so needed and welcomed. Morgan has been efficient and very helpful with my unique situation. A few weeks ago a very nice young lady took X-rays of my teeth but I don't remember her name however I do remember how gentle and calming she was in the most positive way. If you cannot tell, I would recommend Dr. George and his staff to the His Holiness the Pope himself if given an opportunity. If you need the absolute best dental care in the WORLD, YOU MUST SEE DR. GEORGE AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF. I want to do something nice for the office but is it appropriate to bring cupcakes or brownies into a dental office? :)

Growing up on the east coast, I had a deep fear of going to the dentist. It always reminded me of the middle ages! But since I started going to see Dr. George and his fantastic team, I've had only positive experiences. They treat their patients so well, and the space is pretty too. Lots of flowers and plants everywhere, and the team always has a smile. A++

When I first came to Dr Gosztola my children had been traumatized by the previous dentist. I, personally, had been traumatized by a dentist as a child as well, but as a slap in the face! They worked with me and were very patient. There pretty much isn't anything that they can do to make me anxious now! I even went to a different dentist when we moved away and had no anxiety. Now we're back and right back with the best dentist in the world! They are cutting edge and make crowns in their 3D printer right there in the office while you wait. Perfect fit and zero grinding to make it fit the top teeth!
