Avis Car Rental

The staff at this local Avis/Budget rental agency are always down to earth, friendly, and ready to help. I've enjoyed renting from them both times I've done so, and plan to do it in the future.

This location is ALWAYS out of cars. So the first time, I went with the Federal Way location. They had one car left and no one cleaned it out. Most recently, I went with the Tacoma location (because this time Kent AND Federal Way were out of cars). I paid in advance to make sure I'd get a vehicle (which the website guarantees). The day of pickup, Tacoma called and told me that they too were out of cars! They gave me a customer service number that was of no help. The rep said the only place within the entire county with cars was the airport and I'd have to pay the additional airport fee, even though they didn't fulfill their guarantee! I've had issues with Avis before and it seems as if they've gotten worse.

Kent Washington has the best Avis staff everyone was amazing and professional wouldn't rent from anyone else
