        I recently had my door lock repaired with a new actuator. I noticed that my door rattled after the repair. I took it back and asked them to fix it. They said they had. I got home and tested the door. It still rattled. So I went in and fixed the problem myself. They had left off two important bolts that hold the actuator to the door frame. Im very disappointed because their work had been good before that. Can I trust them now? Service: Auto power window repair

        Did my oil change, and they were very quick. Recommended a few maintenance areas that I need to get done, which was great. I'm definitely going back there soon.

        We had the most frustrating experience working with the guys here. The person we talked to is super rude and utterly unhelpful. First they did a simple check on our engine for the engine oil leaking issue. But without fixing anything, they charged us 160 bucks. When I decided that we are not fixing our car here. The guy simple says that the best way to get rid of our car is to donate it in the current condition since no dealer is going to want it. Save yourself some money and energy and go to any other places. The unprofessionalism is utterly stunning...

      Hi Brian, this is Nick Tubbs the owner of Automotive Experts. I am sorry you are having problems with your truck. I see in my records that we put a door latch actuator in your truck on 8/4/21 & retightened the bolts on 9/13/22. I was unaware that there was still a problem, we have not seen your vehicle in over a year. We would be more than happy to reinspect the vehicle.       Hi Chong, this is Nick Tubbs the owner of Automotive Experts. You brought your vehicle in to have a oil leak inspected, it has a very large leak that leaves a good size puddle under the vehicle if ran for a few minutes from the rear of the engine & a large leak from the front of the engine. You had your vehicle at a different shop that said it was the crank seal, the crank seal does not leak. It takes time to clean off areas & find out exactly where the leak is coming from. You were provided with a detailed estimate including pictures. My service writer is very good with customers & I have never heard him being rude to a customer.
