        Terrible customer service!!! I scheduled appointment in advance and was on time for it! I spent 30 min waiting for my appointment in the waiting area. And then the finance associate just went out to have lunch, instead of helping me to open credit card, because didnt have time for me even though I call them and made appointment!!!! Never come back again! They wasted my time for nothing. Super disappointed

        ATM doesnt work most of the time. Just one drive-thru ATM. Awful. Its 2023 by the way.

        Wish I could give zero stars. Teller told me I couldnt deposit my check until tomorrow. So I used the app instead and I was able to get my money instantly. Many people without masks and overall experience was terrible. Never go here.
