        In the last year that I have lived here, my experience here has been wonderful. No. Roaches, nor bed bugs. When I put in a maintenance request they were there less than 3 days. The management has been more than accommodating, helpful, professional and outstanding . The apartment I moved into was renovated, and my neighbors are awesome (there's kids above me next to me and across from me and hardly no noise, except if the parents go on date night lol). I definitely recommend this place because it is under new management. No gun shots, thefts, or drug addicts in my neck of the wood. The grounds are kept nice, hallways are nice and everything... My only complaint is that some people are lazy and don't put their garbage in the garbage can and the birds get it but the janitors and/or maintenance always cleans it up right away.. Lastly, it's dog friendly and there is not dog poop all on the property, which is a major plus in my eyes, and I have a washer and dryer in my unit.
