Brookside Apartments

Our family has been living at Brookside Apartments since 2021 September. It is very nice and quiet place with good management. Whatever you need,maintenance will be ready in no time. There is no extra cost for the parking as well.We recommend this place to anyone who seeks for good 1 $2 bed rooms apartment with reasonable rental rate in prime location of Kent.

I have lived in this complex for over 30 years and in 3 different apartments. I first lived in a large (940 sq. ft.), which I loved. Then I lived in a 900 sq ft apartment downstairs. I was less happy there. The people living above me had kids who were always jumping and noisy. There were several families where that happened. Then I had a mold problem and the management moved us out and into a new apartment. I am still downstairs in a smaller apartment but it's beautifully and completely renovated. So far the people upstairs are very quiet, which I really appreciate. I think we will be happy here.

The apartment l rented at brookside apartment hadn't been rented in quite sometime . By the time the appointment was rented to me the up stairs renters had become accustom to having freedom to both apartments . Since the downstairs was empty they played loud music, got sloppy drunk all the time and never considering any of their neighbors in the community. I had no idea what I would be walking into the upstairs tendance are pissed that the apartment is being rented out They continue to drink heavily although they don't play their music as loud anymore, they switched that out with stomping and slamming doors and walking across the floor barefoot superhard especially at night when they know lm sleeping ( her and her boyfriend ). I've sighed a 12 month lease . When the truth is really l can't mentally do another day or weekend here. Know body should have to put up with this when renting an apartment.. I forgot to mention how quickly civilized they become when our office management is here .. all of a sudden you can't here a peek coming from the upstairs apartment but the minute she goes home for the evening it starts up again I've already talk to the office management she promised she was going to write a notice to them but last night it gotten so bad I had to call the community security of course they wouldn't open the door. So I plan on going into the office tomorrow which is Monday to find out if the manager, myself and the upstairs people can have a problem solving meeting to reach some type of an agreement to find ways for us both to coexist on the property. I wish we had a live on the property manager as well. It's just this one apartment right up over me that gives everyone the blues especially me...
