        Team is knowledgeable and helpful. They do a good job of following PO instructions and letting you know when a heat treat might Warp parts, giving you the option to continue at risk or not. Overall good customer service. Plan to keep them as an OP supplier. Thanks Pacmet!

        these guys are incompetent. two separate heat treats i put through for them they hung my parts unevenly causing SEVERE warping to intricate pieces. the second time i even spoke to the man in charge of the heat treat and told him exactly what i needed done. most of my instructions were not followed. I am now out about $4000 due to negligence
