All City Restoration & Remodel

I recently called to inquire about a potential project and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. When I called, the person who answered simply said hello and did not identify the company they were representing. When I explained my project, I was told in an extremely rude and dismissive tone that they had a $3,000 minimum and were not interested in taking on a project of my size. When I asked if they could recommend any other companies, the person arrogantly replied that they were the only game in town. I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism and courtesy that I encountered during this interaction. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a company to take on their project to steer clear of this one, as their attitude and lack of customer service is truly abysmal.

Had a bid for mold removal to be done on a rental. He was on time for the bid, but never went up to the attic to see what actually needed to be done. I contacted him the next day to see if he had any numbers ready for the bid and he informed me he just signed up for 2 big jobs and was out 6 months. I asked for a bid anyways to have comparables with other bids and he never responded. Total waste of my time.

One of the most unprofessional businesses I've tried to do business with. Only excuses. He has stood me up twice on quote days. He makes really uneducated assumptions and I would recommend nobody tries to get restoration done here especially if it is time sensitive or damaging to your health (mold, etc). by the time they quote you, there's a good chance you will be in the hospital because of how long it took them to address the issue.

I contracted with All City Flooring to have my home painted (2 levels and basement). Prior to the work being performed, we had a walk-through and viewed areas that needed repairs prior to painting (i.e. walls and ceilings). A crew of people came to the house and just started painting. No prep work at all. During the painting, the painters were very sloppy. It seemed as though they were just there to throw some paint on the walls and ceiling and get out of the house. Every day after they left, I would walk through the house and put post-it notes on areas that needed to be redone. It got to the point, I felt as though I was the project manager and I brought this to the owner (Wale's) attention. I was not going to write a review, but I keep finding things in the house that are really disturbing. The windows were painted shut; paint on door knobs; paint on kitchen cabinets; paint on furniture; paint droplets on the floor and ceiling cracks that were not repaired properly. I overpaid for the work and he definitely under performed. I was so frustrated with the whole process that I paid him just to get rid of him. I would not recommend this company to paint my dog house. His excuse to me was it's hard to paint with furniture in the house.  My suggestion to him is maybe he should only paint empty houses. I recently hired another contractor to come and correct some of the mess his workers made. Check google review for this company and any other site for work performance. For a company that's been in business a while, there are only a handful of reviews. You be the judge and beware.
