        The level of incompetence and misogyny I received from Sandy and the rest of the H&R Block employees is astounding. For 2 years in a row our tax filings were incorrect. They entered the wrong names amongst many other errors, including the wrong refund amounts. It was so poorly done that I had to spend hours refiling it myself and working with the IRS to correct the errors that were madeall after paying H&R Block hundreds of dollars that was non refundable. I was treated unfairly. Sandy had the audacity of criticizing me to my husband after I was nothing but kind and professional with him. The experience we had with H&R Block is egregious at best.

        The staff was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, our tax circumstance went unresolved. We were able to get it resolved elsewhere, however, all H & R Block sales are final, even if they dont (or cant) file your taxes. The guarantee, which is based on terms and conditions, will not give you your money back in any circumstance, only that they will guarantee service at additional cost to amend tax preparation that you are not satisfied with. If only I could benefit from a similar business model
