They should get no stars. They made a huge impact alright the compassion level was non-existent. We went in to obtain toiletries and got the evil eye the moment we walked in, it felt like we interrupted them for coming through the doors. They shoved an application in my hand and said don't fill it out here because they were going home. I wonder what it feels like to have a house to go home too. yet people were in there not sure if they were getting help or hanging out. This was the third time coming in and EVERYTIME they were too busy to help leave your name and they will NOT call you back I really hate to think it was because of my race because I served MY country. They should really change the name to Negative Impact Non-compassionate Center.
