Worked with CMG as they were the "preferred lender" for AHO Construction. All verbal and paperwork indicated CMG would be servicing our loan. Our first mortgage payment will be made to someone else and NOT CMG Home Loans as they sold it to someone else inside of 30 days.

Mike and team did a great job coordinating our new house buy. The good to close date was the fastest our experienced real estate agent ever saw. The team was great because we were living in a new location, buying in a different location; dealing with an agent in a different location again, and a title company in even a different location. The team helped us through the the technology needed to coordinate the paperwork to all the involved parties. We would recommend CMG in Tri-Cities, WA.

Mike Denslow was wonderful to work with! I had to go through a lot of obstacles to finally get approved for a loan, but Mike never gave up on us he stuck with us through the whole process and was even able to get my brother and sister in-law approved for a home loan along the way. I would highly recommend him for a home loan and wouldn't hesitate to every use him again. I am very happy with the service I received.
