We closed on our condo two weeks and it was a wonderful experience!!! From initially placing our home loan application online with our lending agency 7 weeks prior to the closing and working with the seller's realtor/facilitator, my lending agents, my insurance agent and the representatives with the title company, everyone ensured that the process was smooth and easy. Ben Tatro with Chase was our lending agent and he was available by email and phone to assist us with all of our questions and ensure that we reviewed and signed all of the correct documents needed for the home loan and purchase of our condo.
